Was dismissed of taking the security exam by Tanya because I misunderstood and didn't provide my training groups accreditation number(Xa). I thought they wanted my certificate number. How rude and unsupportive.

They know very well how to perform their duties/tasks while being available at all times by promptly answering the calls/emails/texts. They take care of their clients in a best way possible. Do safeguard a site with discreet confidentiality and utmost discretion.
